Cody from Pounds Plumbing came and worked on our toilet today. It was rocking only slightly when we use the toilet but they were happy to come by and fix it. I appreciate the direct communication they provided us - called on their way here, scheduled the appointment as soon as they could. They also asked if there were any other issues today and helped adjust the weight on our kitchen sink faucet. I didn’t even realize that it was an “issue” but they evaluated it and adjusted a few things! Thanks again!
