Action Plumbing

I used this company to install a new water heater today on the morning of Friday 7/16/2021. I was given a standby time of anywhere between 9am and 1pm when the appointment was set up on the Tuesday prior. However, they arrived at around 7:40am instead of between 9am and 1pm. I obviously was not ready for them at this time, but by 8:05am I had let them in to do the job anyway. There were several of them there and I showed them to the attic area to access the water heater. I was in the room adjacent to them the entire time they were working on it although I did not have a full view of all of them, just a partial view which I now absolutely regret. I have not found any issues with the water heater installation as of yet but I discovered shortly after them leaving and finishing the job that they had messed with my thermostat that was right next to the attic access and had switched it over to heat in the middle of summer which I did not appreciate at all. We had such a great experience with Action Plumbing! They came out to give us an estimate then we set up to have them install a gas line for a gas range. Finally they came back to hook the flex hose from the gas line to the gas range. Each time they came out they were punctual, courteous and professional. They answered any and every question we had. We will be calling them for any future plumbing issues. GREAT JOB GUYS!!
