We had Kilowatt come out to help us with several issues on our property, from fixing bad outlets to installing a new kitchen circuit to adding a fuse protector to our main line. They really took the time to understand what we needed and were extremely prompt & professional the day of the service. Kilowatt was efficient and they worked within our tight schedule. I was not in town when the work was completed and appreciated their extra willingness to ensure good communication and follow-up by both phone and email since I didn't personally meet the electrician at the house. We own a vacation rental and had major water damage in the ceiling so we had to replace the lighting. Monty installed 2 ceiling fans for us. He was absolutely fantastic!!! He kept me informed every step of the way. One of the ceiling fans did not line up so we had to purchase another one. Monty boxed it back up and had it all ready to take back. We received a call from the folks renting our vacation rental today and they stated the water heater was out. When my husband went to inspect, it was not getting electricity. We called Kilowatt and they had an electrician in route within 20 minutes. My husband had actually hit a reset button and it was working before the electrician arrived.
