We own a vacation rental and had major water damage in the ceiling so we had to replace the lighting. Monty installed 2 ceiling fans for us. He was absolutely fantastic!!! He kept me informed every step of the way. One of the ceiling fans did not line up so we had to purchase another one. Monty boxed it back up and had it all ready to take back. We received a call from the folks renting our vacation rental today and they stated the water heater was out. When my husband went to inspect, it was not getting electricity. We called Kilowatt and they had an electrician in route within 20 minutes. My husband had actually hit a reset button and it was working before the electrician arrived. Set up an appointment they call back 1 business day prior to suggest I call another company citing lack of technicians. I politely asked why not reschedule this simple task and after a long pause was told at least 2 weeks. When I reiterated how small this job was and I mentioned that it sounds although you do not want my business, first silence then I was then hung up on.

Sam and his team provided complete electrical support during an extensive home remodel project. They designed, sourced and installed the project which was led by Walden. The attention to detail along with the overall quality made this whole project go smoothly. They adapted to the pace of construction which at times would speed up or slow down.
