I hired Blue Planet for a drain cleanout job and actually had a negative experience. The owner got word of this and actually reached out to me personally to rectify the situation. He did so beyond my most modest expectations and I now believe the service I received on that occasion was a fluke. Overall I would definitely give them another shot, and on the rare occasion you encounter an issue, you can trust them to make the situation right. This was the second time I have used this company, and I was very glad to get Pablo as my technician again. He is so easy to work with and so very helpful. No matter what my question is he always glad to answer. He helps me plan my next work that needs to be done. This company always let me know how much it will cost so I can plan my projects.
