Cameron and his crew were great. Showed up on time, ready to work and stayed until the job was done. He gave us the professional information we needed to make our own decision about switching out gas water heater and going to a tankless. Absolutely no pressure, just the pros and cons which allowed us to make up our own minds. He stayed within the price he quoted and kept both his work space and final product very neat. I highly recommend him and will be using him from here on out on all our home plumbing jobs.
Technician stated diagnosis during service call. Said the office would be in touch because he didn’t have the part with him. Office never called. When we called, the receptionist said the part in question is broken so the warranty provider isn’t going to pay to have it fixed. She stated we could pay them $500 to fix it. The warranty provider stated the report they received after I called patriot says shower valve broken by force and they won’t repair it because that isn’t normal wear. The house is 35 years old and the part is original. It’s also enclosed behind a wall the tech had to cut open. When I called the office back to talk to a supervisor, she was rude. I asked if the tech can call me. She stated they are busy in the field with customers and I wasn’t their customer. She has major attitude and no empathy. Has no business in customer care. They tried to get the job outside of the warranty provider and when I didn’t blindly say ok, they changed up what the tech and receptionist
