I recently moved to the area from Florida and found this service doing a web search for my current problem. I called and he tried to diagnose my problem while talking to me. We were not successful over the phone so he sent his top man and within 15minutes he was at my door; 30 Mintues later he found the problem and I was very happy with his service.
