It’s in our human nature, whenever anyone offenders, treats us poorly, or simply provide poor service we immediately jump to give a bad review. But that’s not the case for this company. From start to finish, Electroman, was very professional. Prior to us having our first initial estimate for the service that I need for my house, Electroman always followed up with me prior to the start date to remind me of our appointment as well as to let me know if there were any changes and so forth. We had to move our appointment date back a week because he was caught up at another job that went longer than expected but he notified me four hours prior to the job being completed so that I can revise my schedule. His courtesy, his business partner Juan, came in on a Friday morning at 8:30am and left before 9:30am, resolving my issue of my power outage in random areas in the house. Wonderful work. They installed the wiring for a hot tub and 2 other outdoor outlets. We called many other companies and were given the runaround.
