Service was not up to par. Outside unit has a residue buildup on the inside due to incomplete cleaning of the fins. I have photos but don’t want to post them at this time. My wife asked the tech if he was going to clean the outside unit. He ensured her it would be cleaned. It had been on previous visits. Leaves and cobwebs. Needless to say he didn’t clean. It appears he used coil cleaner of some sort and didn’t flush it out from the inside out. I have a white residue buildup and it reduces the efficiency of the AC. The residue is on the inside of the unit. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Kyle put together an excellent quote that really met our needs and concerns. We ultimately went with a different company, but the choice was agonizing.
