Still have the same problem I had before I called and worried about a fire hazard. Called to complain and was responded to with very rude customer service. The electrician was nice enough, the billing/accounting lady though......If she treated my customers like she treated me, I'd fire her on the spot. Very unprofessional! They should aspire to do better. Service: General repairs

Excellent service. Setting up the appointment was easy. They explained the terms and conditions over the phone. The technician showed up on time and did great work. He consulted us with questions and suggestions. You could tell he there to do a good job and make sure we were satisfied.
