We tried calling on multiple occasions and could never get anyone to answer or call us back. When someone finally did answer, they told us they would call us back to set up an appointment. The person on the phone kind of mumbled and seemed very disinterested and did not provide good customer service. And not the least bit surprised, they never called back to set up the appt. Despite the fact that we were under warranty and would not have had to pay out-of-pocket for the service, we just ended up paying someone who had great communication and got it done quickly.
Beware this is a dangerous company to deal with.
Just got off the phone with the owner. They plugged up my septic system wrong and accused me of messing with it. My septic system burned up and has to be replaced which is costing my $3000. They accused the guys working on it now of messing with it. How does an entire septic system burned up in minutes if that's the case? He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I live in a new construction home for almost two years I should not be having these kinds of issues. I wish I could give 0 stars. They don't care about doing quality work nor correcting their mistakes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BY ANY MEANS!!!!!
