Mr. Rooter accurately diagnosed a long-standing problem with our 1-year, 3-month old tankless water heater and we were quickly added to their schedule for the needed modifications. Excellent service. Dwayne also took the time to explain the recommended water heater flushing procedure. I'd never heard about doing this procedure, but it's a good thing Dwayne mentioned it because it is especially important to periodically flush out the minerals that lodge in the heater from well water.
