Richard Knapp came into my job today as I was closing, walked right passed a closed sign and sign saying I won't be back till 2pm. I was helping the last customer when he decided to walk past those signs. Since I am one single employee running this place I am forced to close for lunch each day. When I informed him of he such he got irritated and asked about our other location that also has one single employee and was closed for lunch. I informed him I don't have anything to do with that location. He became even more irritated and said he would not be bringing his "fleet" back to us and was taking his business else where. I've been with this company three years and we've never taken fleet vehicles. He was so angry the customer I had just helped(I have her name and I'm sure she'd be happy to spread the word since she was more mad than I was about it and seen his shirt too)addressed him for the way he was speaking. Excellent service. Dwayne also took the time to explain the recommended water heater flushing procedure. I'd never heard about doing this procedure, but it's a good thing Dwayne mentioned it because it is especially important to periodically flush out the minerals that lodge in the heater from well water.
