Over the past few days Heath worked to install two ductless mini splits to help maintain steady temperatures in our commercial kitchen and an addition to the building. He came in on the day he was scheduled and was out on time, both units look great, the install is very clean and looks as if it’s been there forever. Everything functions just as it should and there was no mess at all after he left, short of the units being installed you wouldn’t even know anyone was in the building working. Heath has also made some adjustments to our central Hvac in the past including service and duct repairs. On Friday, November 1st, our heat stopped working on a very cold night. I called Sykes and he returned my call in a timely manner. He came immediately and fixed my issue quickly. His price was very fair and reasonable. He has a new customer and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service. I called many companies that night and Sykes was the only one to respond even though they all said open 24 hours. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
