Outstanding, professionals. I needed a new heat pump and was so happy to be able to make an appointment, have it confirmed and the tech showed up exactly when he said he would. Billy was so knowledgable and his years of expertise clearly showed. He gave me two quotes and the one I selected was accurate to the penny. The guys that came out to do the installation were right on time, installed everything to code and were actually nice people to get to know. I called Mike's on a Saturday just to leave a message. The on-call person called me back very quickly. My problem was that my upstairs A/C wasn't working. He offered to come out that day. I told him it wasn't an emergency. The scheduling folks called me early Monday morning and there was a technician on the way within minutes. Very quickly David Brookshire called me and he arrived shortly after that. Didn't take him ten minutes to troubleshoot my problem. He had the part on the truck. He installed it, tested the system and checked out the unit for any other problems. He found another small problem and fixed it. Everything working correctly and the price was very reasonable. The service was just great. I don't know how it could have been any better. They sure have my business from now on. I highly recommend them.

Id like to give a shout out to John McCormick he was the on call tech today (Sunday) He was super responsive on the phone and was at our residence within 30 minutes.
