Mike responded within 2-3 hours ( non emergency call) and was very reasonable with his bill too!! I will call him next time I need a plumber at the beach. UPDATE: Called Mike on Monday morning about 9:00 AM with a leak underneath my mother-in-laws trailer. He arrived in about 30 minutes and his fast working co-worker had it all repaired in less than 2 hours. Again, the bill was very reasonable. And yes, I'll call him again when I need plumbing!! Did not return phone call. Left very detail message with number.
Did not return our phone calls after coming out giving quote. Said they could do in about two weeks. Never called us so we called them several times. Finally reached many weeks later and said he was waiting to hear from us. Said it would now be long time before they could get out.
