Mr. Yassine was courteous and professional. He doesn't try to upsell and was excellent at explaining the options for our very complicated repair. He even stayed late a couple days to help us out and work around our schedule. Very great experience and would highly recommend! Service: A/C system repair
I noticed my A/C went out at 7:30pm, called Yassine and he was at my house in an hour. He diagnosed and fixed the unit and was very nice, professional and extremely reasonable, especially for a late evening call.
AC goes out on a Friday night. Yassin responded within minutes (texted us while he was at the dentist)! Came out and diagnosed a dead motor, checked if it was under warranty, and gave us an estimate on the spot. Came the next day and installed new motor. Didn't try to upsell us. He is honest, reliable, competent, and so easy to work with. Highly recommend!! Services: A/C system repair, Heating system maintenance
