Roy Electric LLC

This was my first time using Roy Electric, and this is going to become my go to electrical company. They were knowledgeable, extremely helpful, polite. I was kept informed during the entire process. They went straight to work, areas were cleaned after the work. When I first called, I was asked the nature of the work, and I was given helpful information on items I may want to purchase prior to their visit, which would save me money and time. (I loved this information.) They open at 7 am, which means you can get an early appointment. The price was incredible. I was pleased with all aspects of the service. I highly recommend Roy Electric! We were looking for some basic electrician work (fan & TV mount install, bathroom outlet fix and exterior light removal) and Roy Electric stood out based on their reviews. It was easy to schedule an appointment. I was very impressed with our technicians Dalton and Yafer. They were kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything they had to do to get the job done. They even saved us some money based on the original estimate. Fast response, came early, fairly priced, tech knew exactly how to fix the issue on my panel, finished work in 20 minutes. Several methods of payment available. No long process to "fill out account" after work done. Great overall and will use again!
