BMS was the only one of four companies I called who could actually show up the afternoon I needed them. Darryl and Matt showed up at the beginning of the time window, found the problem, replaced the pump, and put back all the paint cans and stuff they had to move to get to it. They were also very courteous.
Used them for awhile because I really like the techs. But am walking away from this company because they just charged me $315 dollars to replace a $40 part. Priced themselves out of repeated service work
We called Bud Matthews to remove our old junky kitchen faucet and install a nice new one. Scott, their plumber did a great job! He was very knowledgeable and willing to answer our questions. He arrived on time and left everything nice and neat. We really enjoy the new faucet and will not hesitate to call Bud Matthews services again. Service: Plumbing fixture installation
