Matt and team did an amazing job replacing our entire roof after a tree limb and hail damaged it. They handled much of the insurance work and their team were extremely professional and did extremely high quality work. They even fixed/replaced some of our flashing with much better and longer lasting flashing that was significantly better installed than the previous stuff. Without fee, Jody helped me hammer up an old shingle that came off my roof before my roofing project was scheduled. They also assessed a portion of my roof that was previously built with a strangely low pitch and offered solutions for making it more water tight. From the first phone call to request a quote to home visit to roof and gutter installation Matt with Carolina United Roofing was professional, personable, and informative. Our roof was small..not a big job..yet Matt went above and beyond working with our insurance to reduce the price as much as possible. Matt explained the process exceptionally well, never made me feel like a question was stupid, and the roof and gutters are beautiful!
