You guys will always get 5 stars from me. If you need your heat/air fixed call Bradham Brothers they will RESPOND in a timely manner. They are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Before I go my air went out around 8pm Sunday. I text them my problem. Tech was at my home by 8a the next day. No ???? Thanks again Your loyal customer

Every part of the experience was top-notch from the website cell scheduling to the associates I spoke to on the phone to the repair person, Michael who showed up at my door on time. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable and answered questions the first time! Michael was super smiley, nice, had great critical thinking skills and hypothesizing what the problem was in a few seconds then using Diagnostics to confirm. Information was shared with me along the way as well as costs. My air was up and running less than an hour. I am so so thankful and will definitely use this business again! The salesman was great! He walked through what we currently had, why it was failing us, what maintenance has been done incorrectly by previous companies (he was correct), and how he would address our issues. He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and provided all of the information we needed. The install took a day, and has been wonderful since. Would highly recommend this company!
