Nick was our tech that came out to diagnose our AC problem. He was very knowledgeable and patient with explaining what was wrong with out unit. He was very personable and trustworthy. Customer service was GREAT with the office and with our tech. Everyone explained each step of the process and was able to get to our house very quickly! The biggest plus was that they were able to fix our AC the same day. We were concerned that a tech would come out to do the diagnostic then we would have to schedule the repair for a different day, but that was not the case at all! We are extremely happy with the service we received!! 5 Stars!

We should have chosen Bradham Bros to replace our HVAC but we went with another company. After 4 years of nothing but trouble with the system they installed, we called Bradham back to help as a last resort. The service technicians are knowledgeable, prompt, informative and care about getting your system in good working order. Noah is a good person who does the caliber of work I expect and you would confidently assume once you meet him. Polite, respectful and professional. He’s a fine representation of a business that cares about their image. I’ve used Morris Jenkins and Brothers over the past (more than 20) years and the main difference is Bradham Brothers - Noah in particular, performed the services I requested…period! The others always tried to sell me products I didn’t need. FYI: they’re on salary plus commission. I don’t appreciate that back door tactic. Bradham Brothers is ‘old school’.
