He arrived when he said he would, and completed the work when he said he would. One can't do this unless one is very good, and he is. I found your website through a simple web search and a prayer as I have been having other unfavorable experiences with other home repair services in Charlotte. I currently live in Georgia, so it is a challenge to find reliable people at a distance. I called Paul Kerr and he and his team were at my place the next day beginning the repairs. They found lots of water damage but were honest about what it would take to fix it. More importantly, they did so in a very fast , efficient, and professional manner. On September 4th, Call 1 performed several repairs to the exterior of our home. The cost was very reasonable and Paul was able to schedule the work to meet our schedule. He arrived exactly as promised and completed all of the work the same day. The quality of his work is outstanding and without hesitation, I would highly recommend Call 1 for a variety of home repairs.
