We recently had the opportunity to work with Carolina Storm Roofing. Will (Project Manager) inspected our roof for hail and wind damage and informed us that he identified several areas that showed damage. He walk us through the process to move forward with the submitting a claim. Both Will and Susan are professionals and detailed oriented in their work. They covered the entire process with us from beginning to end [damage estimates, time line, insurance inspector, type of shingles, supplies needed, warranty] even how to proceed with handling the funds between the insurance company and CSR. They work to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with everything. This made it stress free. I will highly recommend this business in the future. We had to have our roof replaced due to storm damage. Susan & Will make an excellent team to work with. Susan was very knowledgeable and always kept us informed, updated and helped us. Susan made the whole process do much easier and was always there to answer our questions. Will and his crew were great, always on time with every appointment.
