This guy Adam (City Heating and Air) came out to repair my unit and I felt like he didn't know what he was doing...just came out throwing parts at it like he was working on a car trying to figure out what's going on with it without testing them. The parts he put on wasn't the problem. He came two days in a row and he still did not fix it! On the 2nd attempt he told me he was going to speak with the manufacturer and I've never seen or heard from him since. That's bad business!!! I gave them a 1 star because I can't go lower. I do not recommend this company to no one.
Woke up to a cold house, Adam called me right back and was at my house within a few hours. Talked through everything as he went and was one of the most pleasant service experiences I’ve ever had. Will use from now on. Service: Heating system repair
