Middle of heatwave A/C goes out. I have no maintenance contract anywhere so based on recommendation from many neighbors call Patterson. I’m sure they’re very busy but got a not-too-much-waiting appointment. System was diagnosed and fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. I now have a maintenance contract somewhere! Not only knowledgeable, Clay is a skilled communicator, highly respectful, amiable and of the highest caliber integrity.
