The worst plumber service ever. They sent workers, but they were often late and didn't seem to know what they were doing. They flooded my bathroom, made my pipes leak more worse, and then charged me outrageously for their negligence. Avert this catastrophe.
If you're looking for a plumber service that will worsen your problems, this is the one. The workers were consistently late and seemed to have no idea how to properly diagnose the issue. They left my pipes even more clogged, flooded my bathroom, and charged me for their disastrous work.
We used a few local plumbers in Charlotte with pretty poor results. (Unable to find where a leak is coming from, not fixing something correctly, etc.) Rapid Rooter was a pleasure to work with, and they fixed our issues correctly the first time. We are so grateful!!
