ROOF SOLUTIONS

This company is a total scam, do not get defrauded the way I did. I was quoted last July by Vince, $900 to fix a leak over my attic and to do a roof tune up. This came with a 6 month warranty. After the work was completed, I quickly found that the roof was still leaking. I tried calling and emailing Vince, but never received a response. I tried calling the number on the website and received no response, until finally in October I got through to Miller. Miller claimed that he’d check the schedule and find a time to send someone out. After not hearing back, and discovering that the number I had was Miller’s cell, I started texting him(screenshots attached). Miller would claim he was sending someone out then go silent. I’d keep texting and calling and finally he’d respond and say he’d send someone out. It took all the way till February to get Mike to come out. He claimed he fixed the issue, but it’s still leaking. Miller has made it clear he’s not sending someone again and he’s not refund

Made an appointment and did not show up or call. Then when I called to inquire as to why Miller had excuses and unprofessional attitude. Don’t waste your time because they waste yours!

Had some boots repaired. First, owner couldn't give me an exact time on coming told me Thursday or Friday. I had to text back and then said Friday no exact time. Didn't text before coming and randomly arrives. I was home which is good otherwise service might not have been done. Quoted me $115 per boot but then said still could be $300 to $400. But, did the work first then asked for $348. I politely asked just in the future for your customers to tell them what the price is going to be prior to doing the work once you arrive. The owner became very rude and started arguing with me which I thought was ridiculous. Kept trying to upsell me on some upgrade saying I would need to remove my solar panels to do so. Why would I do that? Roof was inspected prior to solar panel installation and only issues they found was the boots. Even went through our insurance etc.. Don't start an argument with this guy it will never end..seems very narcissistic. I told him I wouldn't use him in the future becaus
