The roto rooter technician did a great job fixing our clogged bathtub and shower. He used two different snakes in three different locations and finally fixed the issue. The technician was very pleasant and helpful the entire time he was working!
Call these people if you want them to create new plumbing issues in your home, but don’t worry they will give you a 25% refund. Eddie Ramos will avoid you at all cost as well. Their customer service people in the call center are very nice, but when trying to reach the Branch that serviced you, well that will take 4 days. Call a local guy, it will save you money and time. Terrence is a wonderful young man. He was very very nice when he came. I had a clog in the main sewer line, he came and unclogged it.
