It is a shame that you can only review up to 5 stars. Storm Guard has exceeded any expectation we had during the roof replacement of our home. From the no pressure inspection by Carl Force and the assistance with our insurance company to the ON-TIME and professional crew that removed and replaced our roof, what an exceptional experience. The actual process of roof replacement left zero debris, no damage to our landscape or screens. We have yet to find a stray nail. Jim, the owner, was on site multiple times during the day and explained the next step after they completed our home. Within less than 24 hours we had a follow up call from Dawn to explain our warranty and if we had any questions. First this team is amazing! I was apprehensive about even looking into getting my roof repaired and reaching out to my homeowners insurance company after being in my home for 15 years, but the Storm Guard team made it an absolute breeze. Jordan, Jacob, Dawn and Jim were all so professional, engaging and informative every step of the way! The contractors that actually came to do the repairs were personable, professional and fast. In 4 days I had a new roof and the entire house siding and fascia done. On top of that the small extras I asked for that were taken care of with ease as well. I needed a piece of facia, that came off in a wind storm, reinstalled. A minor job, but 30 feet off the ground.
