Super Cool HVAC

Jake and Mitchell were both an absolute joy and I'm so glad I gave them a call. We'd been out of AC for 6 days in the summer and every company we hired kept trying to sell us things we didn't need. Super Cool literally came in, diagnosed the problem, explained it thoroughly to us, and fixed it right up within the same day saving us thousands. Ab-so-lutely would recommend these guys!

Long overdue positive review. On one of the hottest days of summer yet, my A/C kicked the can overnight. By ~11 AM the next morning it was already 84 degrees in my living room, and I was scrambling to find help. Fortunately I called Super Cool as Mitchell answered the call, heard the urgency, and personally came to triage + resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Aside from being a very interesting and pleasant person to welcome into my home, Mitchell is an HVAC guru. He diagnosed my problem nearly immediately and took under 30 minutes to have my system up and running, good as new. Great customer service and very responsive! Specifically worked with Courtland (who serviced my HVAC) and Mitchell (who quickly responded & addressed an issue with my unit).
