He patiently waited and waited to assure that his work solved the problem (and it seems to have done so). He left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. All items were performed as requested which was servicing three furnaces. Communication with the service technician Billy Cole was good throughout the entire process. Everything was done in a timely manner from his arrival to departure. Communication with the office staff member Leslie was also great. Alex Barrier was my technician today to assess my AC unit that has been blowing warm air in this 100 degree weather. I am traveling for work and he accommodated my request to come after 3pm when my house sitter arrived. He called on his way so he could talk to me about the issue and then called after to explain what was going on. He was extremely professional and friendly.
