Viva Electric

My recent experience with Viva electric was great! It was a large, whole-house project where all switches and outlets were replaced, and several new lighting and outlets were installed. The Viva crew was professional, respectful of my home, on time each day, and communicated with me well throughout the project. I highly recommend Viva, and will use them again for future projects. We are first time home buyers and have no experience getting electrical work done. Luis was able to come out and do a quote the same week that we called and able to come out to do the work (upgrade the electrical panel and change out some outlets) the following week. Luis was great - he explained everything to us, didn’t try to “sell” us more work, and worked with us to help us stay in our budget. We’d absolutely use Viva Electric again! We have used Viva electric for a few jobs around our home. Today they replaced our attic fans, breakers and fuses. (They were all original to the house and very old.) We discovered our attic fans were not running on Tuesday. Thomas came out on Wednesday, looked at everything, gave us a quote and the work was completed 2 days later by Ransom. Both guys were very professional (arrived on time-insisted on taking off their shoes in the house even though I told them it was OK to leave them on) and nice. They completed the job as quickly as they could, and cleaned up after themselves. As with our other jobs, everything is working perfectly now! We highly recommend Viva electric!
