My recent experience with Viva electric was great! It was a large, whole-house project where all switches and outlets were replaced, and several new lighting and outlets were installed. The Viva crew was professional, respectful of my home, on time each day, and communicated with me well throughout the project. I highly recommend Viva, and will use them again for future projects. Amazing experience from beginning to end. Customer service and scheduling was super accommodating and worked with technicians to fit my crazy schedule. Tommy Vaughan and his assistant Jonathan were better than I could ask for. Tommy showed in-depth knowledge about electrical systems and his trouble shooting was right on point. Both were very professional, courteous and respectful and making sure they left the work area better than they found it. Comforting to find honest people and companies these days. I would recommend Viva Electric to anyone and personally would ask for Tommy and Jonathan again!
