Luis & Jonathan came to our house to assess the work required to install our large chandelier in our living room with 18ft ceilings. They were cordial and worked well with each other as a team. Luis and Pepe returned for the installation appt. They arrived several hours after the quoted timeframe (likely due to taking care on other jobs), but they were very professional. I appreciated how careful they were with the furniture and floors of my home. They were extremely polite. They were thoughtful and strategic about their approach from setup to installation to clean up. It was a large ladder with tight space and very high ceilings so they took their time and did not rush through the installation. The light fixture looks fantastic and Luis and Pepe did a phenomenal job! Service: Light fixture installation
We had hired Ransom for installing a wall charger in our garage and he did a wonderful job very neat and perfect. He was good both during assessment and also executing the job. Very professional in keeping us informed about the work from time to time. A very good listener ( which is very much needed in any work) and very well informed guy. We have used Viva electric for a few jobs around our home. Today they replaced our attic fans, breakers and fuses. (They were all original to the house and very old.) We discovered our attic fans were not running on Tuesday. Thomas came out on Wednesday, looked at everything, gave us a quote and the work was completed 2 days later by Ransom. Both guys were very professional (arrived on time-insisted on taking off their shoes in the house even though I told them it was OK to leave them on) and nice. They completed the job as quickly as they could, and cleaned up after themselves. As with our other jobs, everything is working perfectly now! We highly recommend Viva electric!
