John went above and behind what I expected. He answered calls on Sunday and was always prompt to set up meetings and return calls. I had him install a Tesla Wall Charger and it was apparent that he was very knowledgable about the Tesla charging system. The other company I had give an estimate gave me incorrect information and a higher price tag. Our inspection came back perfect and my car charges great!. If I ever need electrical work done in the future I will call White electrical again
Amazing service and incredibly helpful!! Full disclosure: White Electric didn’t have to come out to my house to fix my issue BUT, he DID make sure to help me troubleshoot over the phone and tried to make sure I did everything I could to fix before he needed to come out and charge me. I was impressed with this but even more impressed when he texted the next day to make sure everything was working and see if I still needed help. I will 100% use them if I have an electrical issue again and will share the number with friends.
Absolutely phenomenal service. I’ve spoken with John White several times over the past few months regarding my electric charger that had been incorrectly installed by another electrician. John was polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the whole situation. There is a reason he is in such demand. If you need a charger installed, look no further than John White.
