Buyer Beware: untrained staff that could damage your property & a one-way contract. Had a team of two visit to install new cans & some other work. Job site was left awfully dirty and they damaged the ceiling in one of our rooms by cutting in the wrong location. Project Mgr O'Reilly tells me that damage per their contract is always homeowner responsility and that Carolina Electrical takes no responsibility nor will make amends for the damage.
Marcel, Chris, and Linda were wonderful customers. Communication was quick, clear, and timely. They paid upfront without hesitation and were enjoyable to work with. Thank you. We look forward to working together again soon.
