Eric Hefner Plumbing Services

My review is sadly not based on actual service because I was never able to get service. I contacted them about a garbage disposal. Was told would get a call back as they were out on a job. I didn't so I called back at end of day and then did get a return call. After speaking w them, I said I would hire them. Was asked to text a day and time. Never got a text response. So I called back and got a tad attitude about schedules but was told to send another text with later dates. Which I did. And never heard back again. So went to Lowe's and hired their guys who came out in no time. Horrible response and service never received. Cannot recommend that

Eric came to my home to repair a broken water main. In no time he had the issue remedied and went to great lengths to ensure the grading and grass were minimally affected. I appreciated Eric’s genuine kindness as well. Highly recommend Hefner Plumbing and applaud their more than 100 years of service to the community. Keep up the great work!

Anytime we have a problem they are able to come the day we call or shortly there after. They are fast no wasting your time and always do the job well. We only use this service for our plumbing needs. Staff is very friendly and the pricing is not bad. I highly recommend this company.
