On fortunately this was an all day event. The first tech tried very hard for hours to clean out my drain line in the kitchen. He attempted at least eight times, and the clog would not clear. He called to have another tech with a special machine that will blow out the line. After a long time, it finally worked. But a pipe got cracked so then he had to replace part of the pipes under the sink with new pipes. He finally left about 630 this evening. Both worked very hard and I am satisfied with their job. Removed old cast iron pipes and capped off water supply lines so we could continue with renovation. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Cleaned up too! Van is awesome!
Van was here within 30 minutes of our initial call to Roto Rooter. He was extremely professional and honest and did a GREAT job! 11 out of 10 would recommend!!!
