I reached out to T. Byrd's about a broken AC— their response was swift. Josh, the technician, arrived on time and was refreshingly professional. He provided flawless communication about the needed repairs. Service was efficient and reasonably priced. A great experience all around. I highly recommend T. Byrd's Heating and Air!

The company was very responsive when I contacted them. They responded to my questions and setting up appointments was very easy. If the tech was running late I was contacted immediately which is very important as they were sensitive to my time. My technician, Tim Ploshnik was very professional and answered all my questions. He called prior to arriving, and when the repair took longer, gave me the option of coming back or finishing the job a little later than anticipated. The pricing was more than I expected but he did a lot more work (fixing another company's mess up). So, I had no issue with it. I appreciated Tim's professionalism, expertise and courtesy. Tim and Elijah were excellent. Our system is over 20 years old, and they were called in to help fix/maintain. Tim responded first and was excellent for helping us make the right decisions for our system and budget. Despite like 4 people with different priorities weighing in, he worked with us to find a solution that was satisfactory to all. Once we finally made a decision, he did half of it same day, and came back with Elijah the next to finish. Went with the maintenance plan too as it seems to be a great value. We originally called as our system was dripping water on to the floor. Tim determined that (among other things) our drain line was clogged with no ability to clean it. Attached are images of the modified drain line with newly installed float switch (to cut the power before flooding our basement) and new surge protection, since we didn't have that before somehow. Once it's all said and done, our AC is properly draining condensate and seems to be putting out colder air (there was
