Nick appeared for the service appointment to install a whole home water filtration system and turned it into an experience that put my mind at ease. All questions were answered, the plan was laid out and the benefits were explained. After moving to a home in Hickory last fall, replacing its 16-year old electric water heater was a priority. The other plumber’s quote was lower, and yes, I want a good price, but with no details behind the quote, I had little confidence.
