We had been without hot water for 3 weeks, even though we had been working with one company to fix/replace the hot water heater. I called Bull City Plumbing in hopes to get a second option on what the issue was. Tray came by within the hour. He was able to manually lite the pilot light which fixed the problem. However, because of the age of the hot water heater and we had been looking to replace the Apollo system, we had Tray replace the existing hot water heater with a free standing gas hot water heater. Tray presented us with reasonable options. He was on time with the next appointment to install the new water heater, of which works great!. In addition, we had notifications regarding the appointment and knew we were in good hands. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Tray and everyone we had contact with at Bull City Plumbing. I've called Bull City out for 2 different jobs now and I highly recommend them. They have always been extremely responsive--even calling back on a weekend night for an emergency leak--always on time, and a great value. The team is incredibly professional and did a beautiful job installing our new shower assembly. They are courteous and great with our anxious puppy who tends to bark at strangers.
