Mr. Electric

I found this company on Angie’s List. 10% discount was not honored despite this being advertised as such. Jim came out and gave estimate with excellent customer service. However, on the day service was to be done I was sent a text with his and other technician’s pictures stating they were dispatched at 7am. No one arrived at my house by 8:30 am so I called the office and Brittany told me that Jim no longer worked there and another technician would be arriving soon. The 2 techs arrived at 9:20 am. 1 1/2 hours later than the scheduled time of 7:45 am. They did very good work. Business manager, Amber, was very rude to me on the phone when I requested to see my invoice before making my final payment. She hung up on me and was very sarcastic. Horrible experience. They even changed for a diagnostic which was not performed.

Mr. Electric of Durham was a wise investment for us! We needed over 10 lights to be converted to recessed lighting. We also needed over 20 recessed lights to be upgraded along with a chandelier hung, smoke detectors upgraded, and other miscellaneous items needing repaired or upgraded. We also have 4 large dogs and a lot of chaos associated with moving into a house. We interviewed several electricians. Mr. Electric, specifically Arthur with Mr. Electric, was the person we chose for the electrical work in the house. Mr. Electric mentioned they sent him specifically because of his experience with recessed lighting. He did not disappoint. He was patient with all the questions we asked and was able to maneuver the dogs and furniture movers. Arthur returned to the house several times because we continued to add items to the list. Mr. Electric was flexible in accommodating our schedules and Arthur was exceptional. Arthur, along with Mr. Electric, will be our "go to" for any electrical con

James is fantastic. Feeling great about my home again. He was joined in the late afternoon by Ryan. Also fantastic gent and tech. Services under what I thought it would cost -- and better than I could have imagined. Mr. Electric is my new super hero -- and Stan Lee would agree.
