The service provided was nothing short of stellar. We received a bid ahead of time for approval, an appointment was scheduled within a reasonable period of time, the technicians arrived on time and completed the job to our satisfaction. We have been using K&V Heating & AC for years and will continue to do so.
Called at 2:45 on Thursday, Michelle happily gave me the next available appointment, which was the next day, as I expected. Less than five minutes, Michelle calls back to say they had a cancellation and could could come today. She could have easily let my appointment stand for tomorrow, but instead choose to put the customer first. Cody showed up right on time, and got right to work. Thanks for the great customer service!
