We had a water line leaking somewhere between the city hookup and the outside of our house. It was complicated by the asphalt driveway, rock retaining wall, steep slope and required a new water line to be installed. I got multiple quotes from plumbers in Avl. TP Howard gave us a fair quote and completed the job in 1 day. They were very professional, on time and great to work with. We couldn't be happier with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone. IMHO some of the other plumbers in Asheville are out to rip off the community with exorbitant prices (Four Seasons). Don't get taken advantage of, give TP Howard an opportunity and you won't be disappointed.

There are few things yuckier than having septic waste backed up into your cellar! But that can be cleaned up. Even more daunting is wondering what the plumbers will need to do to fix the problem. That's where these guys get a 5-star rating. Not only did they address our immediate problem quickly and with confidence, but they did the work it took to make recommendations for next steps.
