This is the best HVAC repair service in Fayetteville. I've had them come to my own home and to rental properties I own. They tell the truth and really go the extra mile to help you. They are willing to actually fix units instead of just trying to use the opportunity to pitch you on an expensive new system like a company I called before I found them. Their prices are always very fair, and less than the big companies who have to overcharge just to pay for all their advertisements. They really care about their customers and I'm very glad to have found them and can't recommend them enough.

INTEGRITY... A/C Tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. They are recommend if you're looking for an assessment of what you may need and what you don't need. Their explanation detailed how to address my problem cost effectively, however, there was a communication problem between us and I went with a different company.

Due to the time of the year, HOT. A/C Tech attends to those who need cooling first, which I understand and have no problem with at all. They were due to come on one day and had to reschedule due to this fact. I was needing an inspection done due to me selling the house, I was not out of cooling or heating. They came the next day and communicated with me the whole time to let me know what was up. When they arrived they were friendly, very organized, explained everything to me in detail and even told me what or what not I may need. They emailed me a very complete and thorough inspection report. Very helpful and honest people.
