This is the best HVAC repair service in Fayetteville. I've had them come to my own home and to rental properties I own. They tell the truth and really go the extra mile to help you. They are willing to actually fix units instead of just trying to use the opportunity to pitch you on an expensive new system like a company I called before I found them. Their prices are always very fair, and less than the big companies who have to overcharge just to pay for all their advertisements. They really care about their customers and I'm very glad to have found them and can't recommend them enough.

AC Tech was very helpful and informative in my time of need! I had the misfortune of having my Ac unit stop working on me this earlier this summer. I am always a do it yourself kind of guy but I knew this was going to be a job for a professional. I contacted Mike with AC Tech and although he was unavailable he returned my call quickly in between jobs! WoW! I was giving some quick info over the phone about basic checking breakers and such and scheduled an appointment quickly for the next business day. Thank goodness it was not the middle of summer when AC technicians can be booked up for several days in advance! Mike was prompt and professional and gave his best effort to explain my repair options and help make my decision. He did NOT do a cheap fix and move on to the next job. He did take his time to analyze my whole system, give me trustworthy information on what exactly was damaged, and give me "minimum" ( I can make it work but it may not last. Amazing people! Making money is their last priority and saving their customers money is their first. Mike saved me over $1,000 when the "energy efficient" blower went out on my system and walked me through how to convert my system over to a conventional blower, which he told me where to go to buy the parts myself. Because of Mike, what should have been a $1,000+ repair, ended up costing less than $100 and my system now works just as well as it did before. He wouldn't even let me pay him for the service call!
