Ace Handyman Services Fayetteville

Had this service build a handrail up 2 steps and onto porch. They use a 4x4 a couple of 2x4 s and about 10 spindles. They charged $1200. I was told it would be $895 plus supplies(which I already thought was high). Well I know there is not $300 in supplies on that porch and the invoice is not itemized to show supplies. The woman who answers the phone was very rude and kept talking over me. When I asked her to stop talking so I could finish what my concerns were she told me not to tell her to stop talking. Great customer service there!!! Your pricing is very misleading but nobody wants to hear that or how that could be fixed by giving in person estimates so that people know what their end cost will be. I will not use this service again and do not recommend it to anyone.

I had a great experience with this Fayetteville franchise of Ace Handyman Services and I'm glad they've just opened up in town! I had one of their contractors mount a heavy, large mirror onto my wall and he did a great job. He even used his extra time to help reinstall and reinforce another mirror in my home. My contractor was very helpful, the price was fair, and I appreciated that the office administrator kept following up to find an appointment time that worked best for me. I've taken note of my contractor's name so I can rebook him on another occasion if I need help with another project in the future.
