Ace Handyman Services Fayetteville

Had this service build a handrail up 2 steps and onto porch. They use a 4x4 a couple of 2x4 s and about 10 spindles. They charged $1200. I was told it would be $895 plus supplies(which I already thought was high). Well I know there is not $300 in supplies on that porch and the invoice is not itemized to show supplies. The woman who answers the phone was very rude and kept talking over me. When I asked her to stop talking so I could finish what my concerns were she told me not to tell her to stop talking. Great customer service there!!! Your pricing is very misleading but nobody wants to hear that or how that could be fixed by giving in person estimates so that people know what their end cost will be. I will not use this service again and do not recommend it to anyone.

I was not completely satisfied with the service I received from Ace Handyman Services. I was very upset with the service I received because I feel that we were misled about the cost of the service. I will say that Mr. Dan and the service representative Brittany was very helpful, and Mr. Dan was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done and him and Brittany went above and beyond what they needed to do to get the job done. Our job was not finished, so now we need to find more money to finish getting our house painted. I'm not sure if I would recommend Ace Handyman Services before they revise their representation of what a job would cost without someone coming out to provide an estimate of the service before quoting a price and then just coming to start the work. We purchased all the material and ended up with the worker running out of time for the job. We would have had to pay more money for him to completely finished the job. I would recommend Mr. D
