I knew I had some complex issues with my 12 year-old AC system and I asked for a senior tech that would give me an honest and professional assessment. Gil went beyond my expectations, sharing detailed photos and videos that made it easy to understand the issues and the options I had for resolving those issues. I will absolutely ask the dispatcher assign Gil to return to my home for future bi-annual maintenance visits. I greatly appreciate his level of expertise and his professionalism.

Sven the plumber showed up on time. He was extremely professionally as he patiently explained all the answers to my questions. I asked him ALOT of questions. He cleaned up after finished the job. I think the best part is his awesome personality as he shared his knowledge of the history of the company and Blanton’s Univ.

I absolutely cannot say enough about this company! My HVAC died on the hottest day of the year. I called late afternoon and they were so sympathetic and were at my door in an hour to look at it. The repairman was so honest and professional. I opted to go with this company for the purchase of a new system but I never felt pressured to use them. One hour later the salesman was at my door and gave me many options with no pressure. Travis and Bruce came out just one day later on a Saturday and spent nine hours getting everything perfect. I don't even think they ate lunch. They were super professional but super friendly!!!! I had no questions whatsoever when they left because Travis explained everything so well! I could go on and on!!
