Garbage disposal was leaking called got a price of $65 to come out told if I get the work done the $65 would be credited for the work being completed with them. Price quoted was extremely high to me to install a non corded garbage disposal so I told them I would have to wait until I get paid on 6/1 but then I was told the $65 would not be credited because I did not get the work done the same day. I understand if I was not going to go with their company but I told them I would but they had to return on the first and on top of that they were going to charge me another $65 to come out on the first to tell me the same thing but I asked to speak to the supervisor and they said I did not have to pay again. I decided to look around and LOWES had the disposal and installer which I was able to save $250 compared to budgets quote. Disappointed with worker who came as well they were whispering and acted like they did not want to answer my questions . They were way to high for their service it is

I am changing my rating from a 1 to a 5. My problem was with a employee. After taking with the owner I find him to be a honest and honorable vet. If you have a problem call and talk with the owner not the employee. The employee may be the face of the business but he is not the owner. Service: Plumbing leak repair
