Garbage disposal was leaking called got a price of $65 to come out told if I get the work done the $65 would be credited for the work being completed with them. Price quoted was extremely high to me to install a non corded garbage disposal so I told them I would have to wait until I get paid on 6/1 but then I was told the $65 would not be credited because I did not get the work done the same day. I understand if I was not going to go with their company but I told them I would but they had to return on the first and on top of that they were going to charge me another $65 to come out on the first to tell me the same thing but I asked to speak to the supervisor and they said I did not have to pay again. I decided to look around and LOWES had the disposal and installer which I was able to save $250 compared to budgets quote. Disappointed with worker who came as well they were whispering and acted like they did not want to answer my questions . They were way to high for their service it is

Noah and Riley replaced my old hot water heater this week. We ran into several snags (older house!) but they were all dealt with in the best manner possible. The boys were respectful, cheerful, efficient and knowledgeable. I talked with Holly and Samantha a few times during this process and both of them were phenomenal. Also, this is a family-owned business and for me, that’s another reason to use them! I’m a satisfied customer who will definitely spread the word and I’ll call them for all my plumbing needs.
