This company advertises “Open 24 hours” on their website. I had work done in preparation for a pool to be installed on March 31, 2023. I came home after work on 6/23, and all of my exterior outlets had quit working. The pool outlet as well. The most disturbing is that I have a fish pond that needs the pump running to provide oxygen. I reported the concerns and they did not have anyone available until 4 pm on Monday. The receptionist informed me that they had 2 electricians and they were booked the rest of the day. The receptionist kept putting me on hold to speak with the electricians with each concern that I voiced in hopes of getting someone out to my house, but was unable to get anyone to make an exception. The other electrician (the one that actually did the work in March had left for the day). How is this 24 hour service? While conducting routine maintenance on my dryer vent, I noticed my air return duct was disconnected. Bobby Cole checked both of the downstairs returns and found the one that needed to be fixed. He had to access the crawl space to fix the broken duct. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend this business for heating and air. Service: HVAC duct & vent repair

In a yearly maintenance contract. Even with “special pricing” I was charged 290 dollars for a clogged drain. My neighbor paid 125 just last week! I was immediately shocked when the tech told me the price as he was there less than 30 mins. I called Cape Fear to express my concerns. The rep was nice but spent most of the time on the phone defending the company and their pricing also saying other companies don’t do what they do. I feel totally taken advantage of as a customer. After trying to explain I wasn’t happy and didn’t want to renew with them, there was very little concern. It just seemed like they didn’t care about me instead only defending their reliability. They Didn’t want to escalate it to a customer service manager, only the service tech manager so he could justify their pricing. Since we are in a contract, cleaning the lines is an included service. We have never seen the tech clean the line during our regular maintenance visits. So I am concerned they are double dipping on
