My upstairs unit stopped working, AFTER 5 o'clock!!! I called the office and the operator had Kelvin, the on call technician, call me. He came to my house within a half hour of my call. I couldn't have ask for someone nicer!! I kept apologizing for making him come out after hours and he said, "That's my job ma'am." He was so courteous and took the time to explain the issue and the solution to my problem, while fixing what was wrong with my unit. I have been with this company for several years and haven't ever had a bad experience. This isn’t the first time I have benefitted from their 24 hour AC emergency service, however with the current heat wave, I am thankful I chose Cape Fear Heating and Air for my AC care.
