I hired construction solutions I met with the owner Spencer for an estimate for a complete demo master bathroom remodel. A couple days later I had an email for the estimate and the amount of detail that went into that estimate right down to the most minuscule details, it left no mystery as to what would be done how it was going to be done. (I for one I'm not a big fan of surprises so I appreciated having everything in writing not just the generic replace tub and paint wall estimate) Now keep in mind my house is nothing fancy three bedroom two bath ranch built in the 70s OK so we're not talking about working with a high end canvas to start with, But if I was going to do it why not do..it right? so after demo got done and the new sheet rock went up and the flooring went in and stuff started to happen that's when I started throwing oh by the way I had this cool fixture oh I've got sconces oh did I tell you about this mirror and how it needs to be wired directly in and I already have tile

Spencer and his team were all very professional and provided very high quality work. I am very impressed with the level of work and how they made sure to meet all my expectations. No issues with time or huge mess, and always provided honest feedback and multiple solutions to any issue.

Timely in all responses, the management team listened, the team were great to work with from start to finish. Kept me informed and the crew did an outstanding job of cleaning up everyday. The did exactly what I wanted and would ask if they were not sure. They kept me on budget and discussed if something might cost more than anticipated.
