Was able to get same-day service for something that I wouldn't necessarily consider a full emergency. Job went from a simple repair to a replacement when the water heater was found to have more issues than anticipated, and I made the choice to replace it for safety reasons (damaged wiring). They were able to source a new water heater and have it delivered with no notice and installed same day. Couldn't have asked for better service.

$431.00 to replace an ABS P-Trap under my tub ten foot from my crawl space entrance! I was told that the service call was $36.00 and the repair would run $110.00 per hour afterwards! I was told that an estimate for repairs would be provided. Instead, two technicians (both very polite and professional) repaired the issue without advance warning or estimate! (First Issue) (Second Issue) Worse case scenario, cut the ABS "T" out and use no hub bands to reattach a new one. Insert a 2" inch piece of ABS in the side port and then reattach the newABS P-Trap and connect to the existing basket strainer! Why was I charged $150.00 in parts to complete this repair. Parts being marked-up is expected nowadays! I completely understand and get it! It's how these businesses survive! A minimal repair in the best interest of the customer would not of required the parts utilized. I had no problems with sewer gases entering my home prior to the leak discovery.
