Mark Air is absolutely great. My A/C went out in the middle of summer during a heat wave and they were able to send someone out to check it that day. They repaired my A/C free of charge and installed the new one when it came in 2 weeks later. There was no haggling with them, honest and fair pricing (lowest out of three) and offer military discount. Six months later had maintenance done which also was fast and painless. Hey guys I just bought a new air conditioning unit. These guys got it installed very fast in 2 days. Cleaned up everything behind themselves. Ms. Angela was great sent me some cookies and got all my paperwork to me and she applied for a $300 rebate for me. Mr. Larry checked everything for me and sent me some cigars. The technicians make sure I had no scraps or nails or screws at ALL in my yard. And Mark Air has the contract for Duke Energy.
