I had a renter to call me on a Saturday. And tell me that the sewer was backed up. I called woods plumbing to take care of the problem. They said they would be there. I had my wife to call on my way home to assure me that they would be there. And she assured us yes, they would be there. Well, they never showed up. I never gotta call from them or anything. I had to go through other routes. To get the problem fixed? I would not recommend woods plumbing for anything. The owner did call me today. And told me he was very sorry, but that was due to a answering service company. They never contacted any of the technicians.He gave me his personal sale number. If I have any problems with anything to give him a call personally and he will take care of it, hes was very apologetic

Donnie and Damien are first rate! Not only did they get me an emergency service visit as soon as possible but when they came out and found the problem and solved it all within an hour! 5-29-23 Today, I had a bathroom plumbing issue. The young man, Donnie was the plumber that came out. He was well knowledgeable of the issue that I had and in a very timely manner resolved my plumbing problem. His customer service was outstanding. I appreciate it that he cleaned up his work area.
