Your Dream Home Improvement gave me a wonderful experience of a nice remodel bathroom, new drywall and waterproof vinyl floors throughout my.home. This team is great from the phone calls that I made every day to James, who answered with pleasant, concerned he met me with sincere and cheerfulness. My first experience at the office was very pleasurable a young lady work for me patiently to the best flooring and once we had the flooring she was able to maneuver and pick out a wonderful, countertops and cabinets that will later be installed on their next visit. Let me back up I had a great salesperson he had to be because I was indecisive and changing my mind several times but Jason H. work very patiently with me till we got it all right and got it all done. Now the great people that showed up on the job the first day was Louise and Zulie, I hope I'm pronouncing her name right, Louise he's quiet and pays attention to details, and every now and then he'll get a Laugh-In. I highly recommend Your Dream Home Improvements! I recently had the chance to meet some of their crew and I was so impressed with their kindness, professionalism and expertise. The crew was super helpful in explaining things to me and I felt like they were genuinely interested in helping me understand what they do. My neighbor has also used their services and I've heard nothing but positive things about their project. I wish I could use their services myself, but since I'm moving to another state, I had to settle for just writing this review. These people are fantastic and I give them a big five stars! Their process is smooth, efficient, and the crew is healthy and friendly. I really appreciate the door hanger and business card they left for me as well.
